Client: Pak Arab Fertilizer Ltd. | Location: Multan, Punjab | Area: 40 Murabba (~1,000 acres)

🔷 Project Overview:

Buraq Surveying executed a large-scale geospatial survey for Pak Arab Fertilizer Ltd. in Multan, divided into two core components: engineering design and land legal referencing.

🔹 Plan A: Topographic Survey & Contour Mapping

  • Ground-based topographic survey using GNSS and Total Station
  • Complete AutoCAD mapping of all natural and man-made features
  • Contour generation at 0.25m intervals
  • Cut and fill analysis for the Lime Yard Area
  • Geo-referenced outputs aligned with engineering standards

🔹 Plan B: Aks Shajra Overlay on As-Built Survey

  • Collection of Aks Shajra plans from revenue offices
  • Overlaying cadastral boundaries on the as-built site map
  • Mapping of major site assets (Plant, Colony, Boundary, Railway Track)
  • Legal boundary verification using physical markers
  • Final AutoCAD deliverables with merged engineering–legal references

🛣️ Project 2: Topographic Survey & Infrastructure Design – Auto Market Project

Client: AB Traders | Location: Multan Road, Dera Ghazi Khan

🔷 Project Overview:

Buraq Surveying partnered with AB Traders to deliver surveying and infrastructure design for a new Auto Market along Multan Road. The goal was to convert raw land into a structured commercial hub.

🔹 Phase 1: Topographic Survey

  • High-accuracy GNSS & Total Station survey
  • Captured elevations, features, and site access points

🔹 Phase 2: Commercial Planning & Plot Design

  • Shop plot layouts with optimal frontage
  • Alignment with site conditions and property lines

  • Road profile designs for drainage and slopes
